From childhood, Roseline explored her artistic fibre through dance, music and drawing. At the age of 18, her meeting with Sister Jeanne Dupont, an artist then known as Yvain Marnier, revealed her true vocation. She passed on her passion for painting and sponsored her to present her work in various salons. In 1990, she presented her figurative paintings in a first solo exhibition and received an award at the international competition organized by the city of Deauville.

Roseline Al Oumami est une peintre française d’origine normande. Dès l’enfance, Roseline explore sa fibre artistique à travers la danse, la musique et le dessin. A l’âge de 18 ans, sa rencontre avec Sœur Jeanne Dupont, artiste alors reconnue sous le nom de Yvain Marnier, lui révèle sa véritable vocation. Celle-ci lui transmet sa passion pour la peinture et la parraine pour présenter son travail dans différents salons. En 1990, elle présente ses peintures figuratives lors d’une première exposition personnelle et reçoit un prix au concours international organisé par la ville de Deauville.
Pénétrer l'univers de Roseline Al oumami, c’est s'abandonner à une rêverie colorée diseuse d'humanité réinventée. Recherchant la lumière, l’équilibre et l’esthétique des couleurs de façon intuitive et spontanée, la peinture d’antan figurative de l’artiste s’estompe peu à peu laissant place à l’abstrait, ce qui correspond pleinement à l’artiste.
