PACKING
We strictly follow professional criteria, each piece of art requires different treatment and protocol we use only the best packaging possible to protect your art. If it is necessary we can build crates or cages to ensure safe transportation and complete peace of mind.
INSURANCE
Each transportation has door-to-door insurance. However, we offer the possibility of extending this insurance if the transport requires, or we can create a new insurance that adapts to your needs.
TIME FRAME

shipping times are variable. We will keep you informed every step of the way by email as explained. As soon as you place your order, you will receive the first email confirming your order has been processed. You will then receive a second email as soon as your artwork is ready for shipping, after the preparation time. You will then receive a third and last email, when the transport company has taken your shipment in charge. This email will contain a tracking number, so you can monitor your shipment anytime directly on the transport company’s website.
The preparation time to be shipped can vary from 1 to 3 working days, The total shipping time can vary, depending on your location, in Europe and overseas. A minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 14 days.
PRICING
All transportation quotes depend on the pickup point and delivery destination, only once we have established this can we go ahead with a detailed costing.
CUSTOMS DUTY
Customs clearance must be applied to every item coming from a foreign country. Additional taxes and customs duty may be applied to the final orders total. Generally, the transport company takes charge of customs fees and taxes for you when the product is shipped and imported.
INSPECTION
