RETURNS
All works can be returned and shall be refunded subject to the following restrictions.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can send the purchased item back within 9 days after the date of delivery of the work.
In case of damaged or defective goods, you need to take a picture of the art work and send it to us at info@gellfieart.com before return of the goods. Only items in the original or similar packaging and in the same or identical condition as at the time of purchase will be refunded.
GELL fine art is not responsible for any damage that occurred to the goods after the receipt of the goods by the customer. No refund will take place for goods that were not damaged during transport.
The shipping and packaging costs are entirely at charge of the customer.
All items need to be sent securely and well packed to the following address.
GELL fine art reserves itself the right to refuse any refund if the item has been damaged or sent beyond the period of 9 days.
